So the only logical answer is "No, you can't." She didn't ask '
who keeps fish.'
We might 'assume' that , as Paul says, the one who keeps fish is the one who doesn't keep the other pets (the German,) but we don't have any facts to back it up, which is why my answer was
"No. But I can tell you who does NOT keep fish."
In reality, we don't know for certain of one of the others ALSO keeps fish...
