Harry,
I installed Opera Mini on my android. The formatting was a bit off, the epub, etc. buttons were quite large. However, downloading the book was successful.
Now I either have to fix formatting with Opera, or figure out how to reset the native android browse so it doesn't choke on an epub download. Thanks for your help. Thanks to everyone for their assistance.
