Yes, I'd be thrilled to be able to auto-increment and rename a batch of xhtml files inside of Sigil. I have numerous clients that have more than 100 chapters per book, and the ability to get past the frontmatter and name the chapters sequentially so that we can more easily find their (ubiquitous--don't get me started on THIS topic) post-production copyedits would be lovely. I frequently have books in which Section007 = "Chapter 1" of 130 chapters, and it would be nice not to have to mentally increment by, say, 6, to find whatever bloody edit they want in chapter 79, especially since so many of them don't give us enough unique text to search.

IF the code included the ability to have other digits that could be ignored, e.g., Sec001Chap001, Chap002, Chap003, that would be spiffy--but I'd take the simple incremental capability in a heartbeat. ;-)
