I read all but maybe 2 ..from the time I was 15 ..until about 22 ...once ..the series took an amazing turn ...I thought YEAH! now we are getting some palce...but no ..4 book later ..he still didn't ride the story line out ..even I as an 18 year old hormon riddle sex addict .. I used to skip about 50% of the " story" ...yes ,,,master ..will you beat me if I am a bad girl??:
anyway ...why not read ERB John Carter of Mars series instead??..better written...more fun ..public domain ..free down load
