Yes I was the one who moved on. It doesn't matter what temp my Kindle is I use it 5 to 8 hours a day. The contrast never changes. I recommend changing the font to a bolder one. It made a world of difference to me. The default font is just very hard to read on mine unlike it is on my K3.
