I am sure that you are spot on. They must have had hundreds of customer service calls. Most of those problems were due to their inadequate website.

APESMOM for the posting. Their bad for announcing a great coupon code that would be good until January 31st, so why should the consumer have the door slammed in their face. Maybe I am being a little over dramatic, but I was in the middle of a purchase.
