Hello,

This is a medical journal with paid subscription:

There is a RSS feed to abstracts, I couldn't fetch the full text articles.

There is a recipe for New England Journal of Medicine, another subscription medical journal, and I tried to copy and tweak the different links in the recipe with no success (practically illiterate with anything related to coding).

I would really appreciate any help.
