Hello, i use calibre with a lot of pleasure and i am planning to donate for such a great tool, your reader gave me already lots of pleasure, i am trying to convert a CHM to PDF or EPUB (it doesn't matter), after opening the converted version i am getting double chapters, instead of 216 pages i get about 565 pages, what do i wrong, i tried force use of auto-generated TOC and do not add detected chapters to the TOC but still the book duplicates.
