In what situations would this be useful? I left rename out (Add Semantics is in, though not as useful) as I didn't see a push for it, so its interesting that that's the first thing mentioned out of everything

I suppose you might mean you want to rename each file as say Section0001, Section0002, ... deleting whatever name was there before, and possibly appending a letter or aborting if one of the names already exists. Maybe even prompt for the prefix to add to the numbers (which we probably should keep at the end to avoid anything over-fancy), or take the name part from the first entry (but that gets a bit more tricky).
