It is cheap chinese no-name tablet, pretty much like Kobo Vox. Tablet itself is not so great but almost any tablet wins e-book reader when reading comics (if you can install decent comic reading application to it).
Its color display, scrolling speed and page handling speed is just better. I hate to read any books from it anyway, the screen is just too bright.
Kobo Touch is actually quite OK device for comic reading - but there is one bug. If you use landscape mode and zoom the page to fit width, then the scrolling doesn't work. One needs to zoom in just a little bit to be able to scroll. Otherwise comic reading works nicely, and scroll speed is surprisingly fast for an e-book reader.
