I would like to see a couple of more choices for margins on the low side.

Also, please speed up navigation and refreshing. In particular, table of contents and book deletion comes to mind.

Also please make link traversal better (and let us know how it is supposed to work).

Thank you. This could be a great device if some small things were fixed.
