Hi, Anne. I've got exactly the same case that you've linked to for my 650. You should be aware that the leather does have some weight (and bulk) to it if you've a problem with your wrist. All of the buttons, ports, and the stylus are completely accessible; I don't remember the last time I removed it from the case (possibly to give it a thorough cleaning, but I'm just guessing).
The only niggle for me is the little strap that secures the reader: depending on your light source, it may cast a slight shadow onto the screen from above. I've minimized this by attaching the strap a bit more loosely than I could, which has had no effect at all on the snugness of the case. It bugged me a bit for the first couple of days, but it's not something I notice at all anymore.
The cover does indeed fold all the way back without doing damage---this was very important to me too. Something I've noticed (again, I've become used to this, but I was a bit disappointed initially) is that when the cover is folded, my fingers tend to rest against the plastic card-holder, rather than the leather. It's a bit of a shame, but this may just have to do with the way I hold the device.
It's a solid case that I'd buy again, at any rate. Good luck!
