multiple “user accounts” in calibre?

I wonder if you could help me
Is it possible to create multiple “user accounts” in calibre?
I created separate libraries via “switch/create library” function. However the “news download” remains the same for both libraries. I would like to be able to have two separate libraries (his & hers) with different news downloads each
is it possible?
