I don't really keep track, but the only books I can think of that I've paid more than $9.99 for are Jim Butcher's Dresden Files. I'm sure there have been a few more but not a lot. I'd guess my free and cheap purchases out weigh the $10+ books by at least 50 to 1, maybe 100 to 1.
