When I connect my PB 360+ to the computer I get the "USB Device Not Recognized" message on my monitor saying the device has malfunctioned.
I've tried different USB ports, rebooted the computer, turned the PB on and off a few times, no change.
I'm painfully new to all this stuff and fairly computer ignorant, so there may be something obvious I'm missing. I received this reader a few months ago and have barely used it; a while back I managed to put a few books on it, delete some unwanted things and alter some minor settings but that's all. I just now attempted to hard reset it to see if that helped but apparently I couldn't even do that properly because it hasn't been restored to the original settings and content.
Would anyone like to help me out?
