Yes, any e-reader + Calibre conversion can do easily it. So my needs are basically covered.
To read it directly without disinfecting and converting the files you would need an e-ink device running Android. In a year or two I might buy a Mirasol or color e-ink reader running Android, that would be a big step forward. But I wouldn't get an Android B/W e-ink reader.
