"Ebook reader that reads Amazon and Barnes & Noble books": No, not interested. I don't buy from either.
I don't buy DRM, nor from stores that don't indicate which of their books are DRM'd. So I don't really care how many types of DRM a reader supports; I won't be using that aspect. My current reader can do non-DRM'd epub and mobi just fine, although I'd love one that also read an easily-editable format like HTML or RTF. (Mine claims to read HTML. It lies. Software that hyphenates the word "years" is not supporting the filetype.)
