That would be an specific OS feature: Context Menu (item)
You could write your own (registry entry in Windows) calling the Calibre convert CLI.
But that brings the question: What are you doing messing under Calibre's skirts (there is a sticky on that somewhere)? You should not leave
other files in the library.
Other, being files that did not enter Calibre via any of the approved ways.
