When I plug the thing to computer the SD appears as one unformatted 3,69Gb volume and the system offers to format it.
does link2sd recognize the ext3 partition?

have you properly followed the guide in the wiki, i.e. rebooted the device inbetween, etc.?

use a dedicated sd card reader, don't try to partition/format via usb+sony t1.

then, try to wipe it, and partition + format with linux. you can use virtualbox, linux live cd, etc.

partedmagic+virtualbox on Win7 x64 worked great for me

be sure to properly unmount the card before removing
