I own both. The only issues I have with the Touch are probably temporary. The old magazine format still used at places like Kindlefeeder doesn't work on the Touch, which is a pain in the neck. Also, there are few apps that work on the Touch, and I was used to playing Scrabble on tke K3.
I still lean toward the K3 because of those things, but once everything catches up, I'll go full-on with the Touch.
