I have a 9.7" PocketBook device, and it is on the verge of being too heavy. I can't imagine going to something with even more glass and using it comfortably. Maybe if they can produce larger screens with a plastic substrate, we might see larger devices, but until then I don't see it happening. However, I do believe that a reader of the same 10" size with a higher pixel density would be a huge improvement. Many of us who buy such devices do it to read technical documents in PDF format, and the fonts in those are usually designed for paper and are pretty thin looking on current displays. Higher pixel density wouldn't weigh any more, so there's no penalty that way.
