Took me a little longer to get back here than I had hoped, but WOW! Thanks all for the assistance, especially IvanJT for the detailed epub writeup. Gonna have a weekend free pretty soon, so I might just put some time into the recipe book; not all original, but I can probably put together the non-copyrighted ones into an ebook (as Nick Nolte once said, you haven't lived until you've had my tacos!).
