Am currently trying to think of the most tactful way possible to tell my new Dr. that her nursing staff needs customer service skills (without resorting to swearing). I've never had to do my own follow-ups to see if a specialist (which my Dr. sent me to) has received reports that were requested.
Of course they haven't received them. The frustration is amazing...
