Is there a way to tell if it is indeed one of the ones which were put out in oct? I'm experiencing the same issue, purchased it from Best Buy! Never worked from day 1 it was a Xmas gift for my daughter, I spent 2 days trying to contact someone but being during the boxing day madness was unsuccessful so I decided to call the 1800 # being that I live 4 hrs from the store, again no answer so I emailed! Got a response only to tell me that the return policy is 14 days from date of purchase no matter if it was a Xmas gift!
I would love to know if this is faulty!
