How could it be otherwise? How does one know how many people read at all -- let alone read for pleasure? Frankly, I would not want anyone to know enough about me that they could determine how much I read and whether it is for pleasure. Some people make a living doing studies. Others make a living using studies to influence people. This applies as much to people interpreting brain images to those speculating about who reads for pleasure.
