I think they did intend for the code to be used multiple times, as I looked at the email I received back in December with it and they use the phrases "load your eReader and save" and "stock up!"

I've use it over 50 times now. Once they remove the limit it's just buying what you like.
Myself I read anything that sounds good. I admit I buy by plot or series.
