So what happens after you do that. Is it a simple thing to go back in and do a setup.

Reason I ask is I am trying to help out someone down here in Mexico whose Kobo is unusable because of slow action for everything. I was going to start by doing a reset to see if it fixes the problem. We have internet access so he can easily go in and set up passwords etc if necessary. I believe is son set it up originally so he hasn't done it before.

I wonder if it will mean he will have to update the desktop and firmware at the same time.
