No and if memory serves (on the Touch) Kobo recommends holding the power button on for 15 seconds to make sure the device is off, then press and hold the home button and turn the device on. This does a complete factory reset which REQUIRES YOU TO SET UP AGAIN and WIPES BOOKS FROM YOUR DEVICE so make sure you have computer/internet access or you'll be without your books (you can't do it over your device wireless).
