If you missed out on the holiday $99 sale, check out Electronics Expo's employee pricing sale. PRS-T1 is $99.00 (black/red), standard cover is $24.99, and lighted cover is likely also on sale (if in stock... my local store had none).

If you don't have a store nearby, their website has the black T1 listed at $99. High shipping cost kills the deal, but maybe you can use it for price-match somewhere else.
