Though this looked familiar
Was just surfing and I came across this article on a 3rd party launcher, and though the stock Vox power widget looked surprisingly similar to the one included in this launcher

Edit: lol and my noobishness about Android is showing apparently. Upon further investigation this appears to be the stock Gingerbread power widget. Oh well. Neat Launcher none the less.
