Just to give you an update, I'm still combing through the data you sent, and so far I'm not seeing anything that looks suspect. The updates that the plugin presumably made are in place (i.e. the "opened" flag is set), and the records I've seen so far look fine.
I'll keep looking, but I just have a couple more questions:
- Was the error you got something that happened more than once or was it a one-time event (I wouldn't blame you for avoiding the scenario...)?
- Have you been able to use the plugin in the past, or was this the first time using it?
- If you've used the plugin before, was this the first time using it since upgrading to the latest PRS+, as you mentioned earlier? I don't know if the PRS+ factor is relevant or not, I'm just trying to come up with ideas...
- When you fixed your reader after the crash, it sounds like you re-loaded your books using calibre and then let the reader boot up (i.e. without using the plugin). Did you happen to try rebooting the reader first after the crash to see if it would start then?
As you can probably tell, I'm kind of shooting in the dark to try and come up with some theories...
