Lass es so, wie Du es bis jetzt hast, das Programm selbst auf PC und Laptop und die Datenbank auf der externen Festplatte. Eventuell musst Du aufpassen, dass auf PC und Laptop jeweils die gleiche Calibre-Version installiert ist.
