Small update:
Immediate crisis: about 800 people will be evacuated (about 30km away from where I live). A dike surrounding a canal is leaking... Water is simply "pushed" through under the dike. This will undermine the dike. And as it's a canal, the water is about 1.5 meter above ground level. So, if it breaks, there'll be a very large area which will flood...
Nothing will happen to me personally, except that it's on my way to work. So, I'm staying safely home today! (the road is closed to help the evacuation).
