Another thing that might be worth doing is contacting SOLS (who provide that site) and pointing out that there is not much point in providing a mobile site when it is actually harder to use than the regular site on mobile devices.

[edit]: Of course, that's an overdrive provided site, I expect SOLS has no control over the functionality.
