I just bought "Catching Fire" in print the other day. It was only $1.xx more than the Kindle version and the other half wants to read someday and hasn't converted to ebooks. For me, if the book isn't too thick and comes in close in price to the e-book, I'll do the print. No licensing BS to contend with there!
