The Nook DRM cannot be read on a Sony or a Kobo. There are some EPub readers that can read the BN DRM but they tend to be smaller brands. So while you can read Sony and Kobo books on the Nook, you cannot read BN books on a Sony or a Kobo unless you strip the DRM.
