Don't create the library "C2" on the target computer. Instead just copy the whole library folder C1 to your other computer. Then choose Open Library on your second computer and point to wherever you copied that folder to.
If you want the library to have a different name on computer 2, then rename the folder after you have copied it and before you open it.
