Given your criteria and preferences the Sony T1 would be the one to go with. The other brand you haven't mentioned is Kobo. I don't personlly like it but some do. Between the Sony & the Kobo, I'd go with the Sony. Hands down. Some people do have problems with it but I think it's just the learning curve. You have to get used to how much pressure & swiping you need to turn pages, access the dictionary etc. It has wi-fi but you don't have to use it after you register the device.
May I ask why you don't want the Kindle? Is it because you've got a huge epub library already? That would make perfect sense but the K4 non touch is a nice, light little reader. You could always convert your epubs to mobi through Calibre. They don't always look as nice but you'll have use of a relatively inexpensive, light ereader.
I know absolutely nothing of Aldiko so I'm no help there. Sorrry.
