One thing you need to be aware of is that this is for books that don't have DRM (copy protection) on them. Many (most?) books from Amazon are copy protected and it keeps you from modifying them.
Anyway, once the title is changed, you need to convert the book into .mobi format to 'resave' it with the new title. Even if its already in mobi, you just convert it from mobi to mobi.
