In order to do this you're going to have to learn how to edit the book. Calibre is not a book editor. You can enquire in the Mobi forum for guidance about Mobi books. Many folks convert to ePub (ePub forum) and use Sigil (Sigil forum) or other ePub editors to smooth things over then convert back to Mobi. There is also a Workshop forum that may be of help.
