Plastic used in making Kindle 4 NT

My 7 month old Kindle keyboard developed some hairline cracks and I got a replacement earlier this week. I noticed that the replacement has a small mark on the bezelf next to the screen. Even with a magnifying glass I can't see if it's a crack or just a mark. I notified Amazon and asked if it could be noted on my account if it turns out to be a crack and lengthens/causes other problems in the future.

I was looking at the Kindle 4 non touch model and it looks like the bezel is made out of a different plastic than the Kindle Keyboard. I think it might be possible that the graphite plastic might be more prone to developing cracks since it seems that colour seems to suffer most problems with cracks. Has anyone compared the Kindle Keyboard and the K4 NT or can anyone who's got both take a look for me?

There are rumours that Amazon is going to open a Dutch store before the summer and I was thinking of getting a NT when they do but I want to make sure that those haven't got the same problem (which is hard to say now but if it's made out of a different type of plastic I assume to chances are lower of it occurring).

Thank you in advance and a Happy New Year everyone!
