But this sort of thing is why I also format shift all my books so I'm not dependent on a specific app to be able to read them. I learned my lesson years ago when peanut press got out of the ebook business leaving it's customers unable to read the books they had purchased.
And a wave of refunds would be one way to get this point across, if possible.
