Using the book name for the cover.jpg

Hi, I am sure the answer would be somewhere on the forum - but I was unable to find it...
I would like to ask: Is it possible to name the cover images (the default name is cover.jpg) according to the name of a book the image belongs to?

One more thing: I prefer the Last name first, e.g Asimov, Isaac which in the folder structure is saved as Asimov_ Isaac. Is it possible to configure the Calibre so it would not change the comma to underscore?

Sorry with the title - it should be cover.jpg not over.jpg - I don't know how to fix the typo...
