FYI, I've attached an text file I use for Extra CSS. You may open the file and change the fonts mentioned to ones you prefer, e.g. Caecilia. Note that all file names, including extension, must match those of your own fonts.

At the same time in the root directory of Sony, create a directory called "fonts" and put your fonts there.

Now for conversion:

It doesn't matter the book is an epub or mobi. Open Calibre, click "Convert Books", then "Look and Feel". In the "Output Format" box, click "EPUB". In the "Extra CSS" box, copy and paste your text for Extra CSS and click OK. After conversion, transfer your book to T1. Enjoy.

Note: You may save future labor for future conversion by clicking Preferences, Common Options and save your Extra CSS command there.
