Hi guys (n gals)

Hope someone can point me in the right direction, as it stands, the ereader is going back tomorrow and I go back to reading off the notebook.

I have purchased the Sony (against the advice of several friends who favour the kindle)

I have purchased a book from google books, which I can read online but cannot download.

I have followed the instructions on google help i.e. "go to "i" and follow the link to download but nothing, can someone point out where I am going wrong? on another point, does anyone else find the browser rubbish? freezing, "no connection" where my notebook is full strength.

All in all I am unbelievably dissapointed with the device, I hope someone here can point me in the right direction other than "returns" counter
