You would be able to read it with Aldiko. In the Aldiko settings, you can enter your ADE username etc. and that allows you do read any DRM'd books. I believe there is also a work around for the Kobo app but since I never use it, I couldn't help.
Have you authorized your device (Vox) to the ADE on your PC? That may be one of the reasons you can't read it on the Vox.
