Four fake reviews and the only legit one being rather strange. Don't think you can go on those.
By the sounds of it they're repackaging returned parts and what seems to be cheap generic usb charger kits (I have two that look exactly the same as the photo - minus the 'branding', both purchased for nearly nothing in India).
The
blatantly photoshopped product shot doesn't help things.
I'd say : buy it if you want a lucky packet, else leave it alone.
