after some research both Mantano reader and Aldiko last version sideloads fine.
copy them to a folder of the extsdcard (i downloaded them from dropbox than copy them with total commander for android). then plug the usb in your pc and turn the storage on.
then install them from the extsdcard.
installs perfect wihout any complain.
I am using rc3 ermine from pablob.
