I know this sounds bad but I don't trust new sellers on eBay. All eBay sellers have to start somewhere but I have no desire to be someone's guinea pig. This guy is brand new. They only joined in August of this year.

Look at his other items. He appears to have access to or somehow gets a lot of electronics. Sorry. I'm skeptical about folks like that. The listing for both the Sonys and the Kobos says FOR PARTS. That doesn't mean you can repair them. That means you strip those units and use its parts to repair OTHER units.
