The first step is to authorize your Sony to the same email than your Adobe account (through the Reader for PC, opening an account with that mail in the Sony store).
After this, you can download your files to your PC and copy them later to your Sony or you can connect to your Kobo account over wifi and download them.
Both of the ways work, I've checked them myself.
